Prayer Requests – Praise God for the August 29, 2010 Praise and Picnic! Hundreds showed for this inspiring event. Pray for our “Connecting Others” ministry opportunity this Sunday at the Concord Community Days. Pray that it will bear fruit for the Kingdom at Tripoint. Pray as CRAVE 631 begins the school year. The Tripoint Hospital Volunteer Coordinator will make a presentation at the September Pastors’ Meeting. Your Out! is the message as we continue our Walk Worthy Series this Sunday, September 5, 2010 at the Concord Community Center. As followers of Christ we are to know the truth, who is truthful and who is the truth. Communion is this Sunday. The service is followed by a simple meal and our outreach to the Concord Community. See you this important Sunday! Tripoint Youth Mission Garage Sale is Friday and Saturday, September 24–25, 2010, Friday 9–4 pm and Saturday 8–3 pm at the Harleys’ 407 N Hambden ST, Chardon, OH. Donors who have large items can schedule a pick up for Saturday, September 4, 2010. Church families can bring items to donate directly to Ann’s home or to church on Sunday mornings September 5, 12 or 19, 2010. Youth are needed on Thursday evening, September 23 for setup. Adults are needed to help Friday, September 24 during sale. Please speak with Ann Harley or Sandy Klepac to volunteer and/or help. Small Group for You! – Got more month than money? Join the Johnsons in attending Financial Peace University. The Dave Ramsey workshop is Tuesdays, September 21 – December 21, 2010, 7 pm at the Mayfield United Methodist Church in Chesterland. The cost of materials is $100, half the normal pricing for the seminar. If you would like to attend, but cannot afford the materials, speak with Pastor Jeff.
